After several postponements due to the pandemic, the 34th edition of the GOURMETS FAIR at the IFEMA Exhibition Centre in Madrid, one of the largest professional food and beverage fair in Europe, was again full of flavours this year. An event during which meetings are held between national and international professionals from the gastronomic sector: restaurants, hotels, distribution, catering, specialized stores, etc.

74.914 trade visitors, 46.500m2 of exhibition space and 1.548 exhibitors. Food, gastronomy and wines from the framework of the products exhibited and, in many, tasted. The wine has given way to great moments of tastings, with exhibitors winemakers or distributors, the Wine Tunnel, the Sommelier Contest and more.

New products were also presented in the Innovation & Organic Exhibition Area, which this year featured ingredients such as cactus jam, spicy beer, tobacco liquor or squid chips in ink.

Studio Glass was present one more year to promote design and decoration services on glassware and bottles. Packaging is key to generate an impact on consumers, particularly for products such as wines, oils and beers.

Likewise, we offer a service of decoration on glasses and bottles with techniques such as silkscreen printing or digital printing for the promotion of brands, something highly demanded in the beer, wine and spirit sectors.
