From March 10th to 13th, Madrid became the capital of Gourmet. Nearly1,300 professionals and 1,200 exhibitors. This year, Japan was the guest of honor. Studio Glass work has been seen in some of the booths of the leading brands of oils, wines and Designation of Origin that exhibited their products. This is the case for example of 'Oro del Desierto', a family company dedicated to the cultivation of olive trees and the development of extra virgin olive oil launched during last Christmas (2013).
The Gourmets show is main Europe's leading trade fair for delicatessen products, the right platform for the promotion of quality food sector and its innovation approaches. The aim of the show by offering a selection of the best delicatessen, was met and far exceeded expectations.
